Off I-85 (just south of the Falls Lake bridge) take the Redwood Road exit #183. Turn east (left coming from Durham) onto Redwood Road. Turn left onto Greer Road to the Airport (dead-ends at the Airport).

Take I-75 exit 344-A toward St. Ignace.  Follow Hwy 2 (also Business I-75) through St. Ignace.  Then north another 2 miles to the Mackinac County Airport.
